Grace & Grains Co - Sourdough Basics Workshop | Adults & Kids 12+ | October 11

Have you ever wanted to make your own sourdough bread, but just not sure where to start? Maybe you've had starters in the past, but your loaves didn't quite turn out? Learn how to mix, shape, score and bake your own sourdough in this Sourdough Basics Workshop with local Micro-Baker Desiree Marts of Grace & Grains Co!

This workshop is a hands-on experience. You'll leave with your own sourdough starter, made from well-established organic starter and working knowledge of the sourdough process as well as a prepared mini-loaf in a banneton, ready to be baked at home the next day.

Workshop includes: hands-on instruction, prepared mini-loaf, banneton, tasting of fresh baked loaves and written instructions!

For Adults. Kids 12-16 are welcome with a paid accompanying adult.
